My 10 week old pet hedgehog, Skittles....who I'm practically obsessed with ;D
Like two hours ago I just realized I had a frickin' hedghog beanie baby! I pretty much spazzed and was like 'omg cute photo op!' And whala! The beauty of a crappy digital camera! n___n;;
Anyways. Pretty much here for my own amusement. As a side note, I highly recommend a hedgehog for a pet. Being a person who has had almost every type of small animal out there, Skittles is by far the easiest to take care of and the most entertaining :3
Hedgehogs are quite possibly the most adorable animal on earth. Period. xD But excluding my preferences, I'd say the hedgehogs have other advantages over rats. One, they don't smell near as bad. Two, they live longer. Three, they don't bite (rats teeth hurt! But then again, so do quills ;3) Among other things.
The only con about a hedgehog is the fact that they're nocturnal. If you want a pet to constantly handle, don't get a hedgehog. Sleeping is their numero uno activity. (But the awake time makes it worth it, to me)
cuteness! and a pinto too! i have 2 hedgies, and i also recommend them!
oh and fyi, my hedgie accidentally bit me and it does hurt they have little pointy cat-like teeth. but you are right, chisle-rat teeth hurt worse!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
